we didnt get breakfast a single day

Confusion in room booking via booking.com when we first reached the hotel. Communication issues with the staff

location - perfect room - toilet needs to improve breakfast - average, needs to improve staff - staff from reception needs to be more friendly while speaking except security staff and helpers because they are good.

toilet water flow wasn't comfortable.

Location wise it’s good and I didn’t get the breakfast either

I didn’t like the toilet flush

The breakfast was not include in the charge, and had to pay extra. The Burmese staffs are so kind, nice and very friendly.

But if there is heavy rain the area outside water clogs and the Hotel is old need to redo

The hotel is very near to Central Shopping Mall and Big C supermarket which makes shopping and eating very convenient.

Maybe the noises caused by other patrons at the corridor outside the room when they move in and out of their room. I think the room door is not sound proof.

located in city center. next to the boat stop of the longest canal. super close to Central world and other famous shopping malls.

If you choose this inn, take hair drier, towel, portable flask, good quality tissue by yourself. complementary service is water bottle only.

Cockroaches in the bathroom, No iron Box, flush not easy..

Good breakfast. Good location.

Bad room. Room very dirty, not cleaned everyday although required to reception. No internet. Even, bathroom also not cleaned. Terrible experience.

Location is perfect to the places that we wanted to visit. Breakfast food is also great. Room size is okay. Basically, you get what you paid for.

Room amenities needs upgrades. TV in the room was old. The fridge was malfunctioning. While the room's rate were cheap, I believe its important that whatever amenities included in the room should be working properly. Staff should also be always smiling.

The room is very clean and comfortable and moreover is at the heart of the shopping area whereby we can go by walk and get connected to all the major shopping complex. The additional plus point is that the foreign exchange counter is very nearby.

It is not a dislike but however would like to recommend that they keep good English speaking at the reception front desk so that the there is good communication.

Breakfast good

Reception staff were offhand and unfriendly - grumpy and not helpful. Front entrance door not opened. Barest assistance given [not the way this hotel used to be]. The usual courtesies for guests are being ignored.

The location was fine, well connected to the center. The room was always made up upon our retourn and we enjoyed the served food. The price matched our expectations.

The staff didn’t speak English well, but they were kind and available in case of any question, so we found the way to communicate at the end.

we had a lot of small cockroaches in the room, they sprayed with I dont know and more are coming out. shower curtains are really dirty, you need to ask staff to change, whick took some of my time to check and request. some staffs are kind enough to greet us but others are laughing about the cockroaches or insect incident.

There's no facilities in the room. Poor cleanliness, cockroaches found in room. Water slip thru wall and carpet soak with weird smell.

The location is very good, we could all places we wanted within walking distance.

the internet facilities was not good, the wifi connection was very slow both in the room and lobby as well

There was nothing to praise on as it was a dissapointing stay.

We've pre-booked the hotel rooms month ahead requesting for higher floor through Booking. Com (even send email to the hotel for this request but there's no respond). We end up staying at Level 3 which is abit mouldy and old after the reception told us the hotel is fully booked. We got a shocking when one of the room is infected with Bed bugs after my daughter got bitten, worry about our grand children staying at the same room we requested to change room and was move to Level 4 which is under some kind of renovation. Again at Level 4 room, the bed is also infected with bed bugs and we complain again to the reception counter and we were relocated again to Level 6. We went on to check the bed and the pillow and guess what - more bed bugs. The whole incident took us to about 3am and we went on sleepless throughout the night. There was no apologies at all from the Hotel manager and guess this is the normal for them. I'll certainly discourage anyone going to staying at this Hotel even though the location is good. Certainly we want to have a good night rest before we can have the energy to enjoy the places we visit. Greatly Dissapointed.

The food...No variety for those not eating pork what a buffet?no hairdryer,no iron..when u travel a long at least an iron to press our clothes..
